The records for the Samoa Pulp Mill were not available at the Eureka Public Library, and the phone number listed on the public notice did not answer. This is despite the fact that there was a 30 day comment period to get our reaction to the records and the action taken by the E.P.A. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????
