Modifications of an existing Coastal Development Permit to substitute construction of a sawdust briquet plant for a previously permitted whole log chipper with supporting facilities. The manufacturing process requires 8 tons of wet sawdust per hour generating 3.6 tons of dry sawdust. The plant will operate 24 hours a day. The finished product is residential bricks for residential heating. Any person may appear and present testimony.at the hearing.
